We reserve the right to not to purchase or value a vehicle without giving a reason.

Vehicle data checks will be carried out through Experian/Hpi and information received may change our willingness to purchase

An outstanding finance interest must be settled before any purchase. We will do this based on a current settlement figure direct from the lender at the time of purchase and pay any positive balance to the seller. Any negative balance must be settled by the seller before the transaction can be completed. Normally the seller would pay us and we will pay the settlement amount in full at the moment of purchase.

We reserve the right to withdraw or adjust the purchase price where the vehicle on physical description differs to the sellers description.

Payment will only be made when all documentation for the vehicle is supplied. (V5, Mot, Service history, RFL, Owners manuals)

Where the ownership details differ on the V5 the Seller must furnish us with finite proof of ownership and purchase.

Where the vehicle mileage cannot be verified we reserve the right not to purchase.

A valuation given is based on our opinion and trade information and should only be treated as a guide as values change based on market conditions.

Car-buyers.net operate in the UK mainland. Any request to purchase a vehicle from elsewhere may be declined
